Our professional service fees cover the time and expertise our team invests in your file. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completed at the time of your request.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Government fees, embassy fees and biometrics charges (paid directly to authorities).
• Third-party costs such as courier, translation or medical exams.
• Services already fully rendered (e.g. completed SOP, filed applications).

Refund Requests
